RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUND PROCESSING
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from G'lore Love. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date of training with products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
The team at G'lore Love wants to ensure you and your customers are always happy with your orders.
If there is damage or an issue with your order, then G'lore Love will replace the product.
If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please reach out to us with necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation. Note: Shipments that are returned to the G'lore Love warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded. G'lore Love does not accept product returns back to the G'lore Love warehouse if the receiver chooses to return the products they've ordered.
Note: if you cancel a paid order and want a refund, it is subject to a payment processing fee.
EXCEPTIONS
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
RETURNS
To return an item, please email customer service at glorelovecustomer@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packing, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of you item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

SHIPPING
It’s important to note that shipping costs the products personal care: shampoo, conditioner and body wash are not included in empowerment training price. These are separate costs that you must take into consideration.
The cost of shipping is dependent on the country and weight of the order.
North America: 3 - 5 business days
